Jordi Tura

Jordi  is the founder, CEO & Project Manager of Xkelet Easy Life; his first company based on medical devices. His background is in 3D design & CAD software, and since 2007, 3D printing.

​Jordi will be explaining how  the 3D-printed Xkelet cast avoids the inconvenience of having to wear a traditional plaster cast, meaning an end to plaster as a way of immobilising broken bones. Each cast is tailor-made, and all the doctor has to do is scan the part of the body affected with an iPad and send it off to be produced.
