Senior Composite Design Engineer

Kirsty is Senior Composite Design Engineer for Williams Racing. She has been part of the team for 15 years now, working on a range of composite components from the front wing to the chassis to the many crash structures that are required on an F1 car. Currently, she is the Lead Designer of the floor and diffuser structures and is involved in the design of next year’s nosebox too. She also acts as the liaison between the Composite Design group and the Materials R&D department, which keeps her passion for Advanced Materials alive!
